What is a Party Cart?
A Party Cart is a custom decorated tiered rolling cart filled with the recipient’s favorite treats, fun novelty items and party supplies. It’s booked to celebrate someone or a team and meant to be shared with others.
How do I book a Party Cart?
Booking is simple. Select your preferred Party Cart package, complete checkout, and share your celebration details. We’ll handle the thoughtful details, delivery, and setup so your team can enjoy the moment.
What is your Delivery Area?
Throughout Milwaukee County, including: West Allis, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Greenfield, Shorewood, Whitefish Bay, Cudahy, South Milwaukee, St. Francis, Glendale, Brown Deer, Fox Point, Greendale, Hales Corners, River Hills, West Milwaukee, Franklin, Oak Creek, Bayside, Butler, Wauwatosa, Saint Francis.
Do you travel for Party Cart experiences?
Yes. We’re open to traveling for select corporate events, conferences, and special activations outside of our standard service area. Travel-related expenses including airfare, lodging, transportation, and applicable travel costs will be the responsibility of the client.

What is included in the Party Cart packages?
Party Cart packages include themed decorations, savory and sweet treats, themed photo props, stickers, tattoos, bubble bottles, novelty items, themed containers for treats, party favors, plates, cups, napkins, forks/spoons, and more, depending on the selected package.
When should I book a Party Cart?
Party Carts must be booked at least 2 weeks before the event date.
Are Party Carts customizable?
Yes, our Party Carts can be customized. the price will be determined after consultation.
Is the utility cart included in the Party Cart cost?
No, the utility cart used to design the Party Cart is not included. We’ll pick up the empty cart within 2 days of Party Cart delivery.
Is there a delivery fee for Party Carts?
Delivery and setup are included in the current pricing for locations within our standard Milwaukee service area.
What Happens if a Party Cart has to be redelivered?
If a Party Cart requires redelivery due to an incorect address, recipient unavailability, restricted access or other delivery-related issues outside of D’VAXVAs Portable Parties control, a $15 redelivery fee will apply.
Can I reschedule my Party Cart delivery?
Please contact us as soon as possible regarding schedule changes. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Do you offer alcohol in any package?
No we do not offer alcoholic beverages, as we adhere to the alcohol licensing laws in Wisconsin and don’t currently hold a license to sell alcohol.
How far in advance should I order Party Carts and Party Favors?
Party Carts and Favors must be ordered at least 2 weeks before the event date.
What occasions can I celebrate with D'VAXVAs Portable Parties?
Party Carts are designed for a variety of workplace celebrations including employee birthdays, work anniversaries, new hire welcomes, holiday events, employee appreciation, team milestones, retirements, executive welcomes, client hospitality, conferences, just because, morale boost, etc.
